There is something about seeing a panorama photograph that is more pleasing to the eye than most "normal" format photographs. Perhaps it is because when we look at nature in real life, our eyes are able to "take in" more than what can usually be seen in a single photograph. Panoramas give us a sense of being right there, soaking up the grand view of the landscape before us. Eric has always enjoyed panorama photography but has never been able to capture panoramas for himself. The equipment is very expensive. Thankfully, technology can fill the gap where equpiment lacks. Now sophisticated software exists that allows photographers to capture individual images and join them together seamlessly to create a single panorama photograph. This technique is a powerful tool for nature photographers like Eric. This gallery features Eric’s favorite panorama images, nearly all of which were stitched together using single vertical frames that range in number from two to 10. There is one image that is a vertical "panorama" that consists of two vertical images stiched together.
